We've been told that our Budget Form is a "pain-in-the-butt" and the more colorful version of that description. We can't disagree with that assessment. The budget form is designed to make sure you consider ALL of the repairs needed by that project. Our proprietary system of blending your cost estimates, our algorithm's estimates, and the appraiser's estimate are designed to help you avoid the nightmare of running out of funding before the project is completed. The goal is to make sure that adequate funds are available in the loan to get your project finished and sold or ready to refinance and rent.
So please, take your time. Thoughtfully apply the form to your project. Yes, it is a lengthy form. It would be fair to say it is a "PITA".
