Step 1

*BOTH the Primary Borrower AND Co-Borrower will need to submit:
Note:  None of the below is required.  But, the more of these items you can provide, the better our terms will be.  The less of these items you provide, the more cash you will need to put down on the purchase.  It is in your best interest to provide to us as much of these items as you can.
  • Last 3 months bank statements
  • Proof of ownership of all properties referred to on loan application
    • Settlement Statement from purchace or tax receipt​
  • Proof of Total Owed of all properties referred to on loan application
    • Recent mortgage statement or proof of paid in full​
  • Proof of prior completed fix and flip projects you've completed
    • Proof of purchase​
    • Before pictures
    • After Pictures

Step 2

*Required only if you intend to take title in the name of an LLC or Corporation.
  • Articles
  • Certificate (for an LLC)
  • Operating Agreement (for an LLC)
  • By-Laws (for a Corporation)
  • FEIN Letter
